CIECA To Hold Semi-Annual Development Meeting

The one-day meeting occurs on November 18, 2019, in Las Vegas.

Nov. 4th, 2019—The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) will hold its semi-annual development meeting at the Renaissance Hotel in Las Vegas on November 18, 2019. 

The one-day meeting occurs from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m with a reception afterward at the Westgate Las Vegas from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

According to its website, CIECA “develops and promotes electronic communication standards that allow the collision industry to be more efficient” and develops standard collision industry codes, messages and practices to increase efficiency and to deliver benefits to all participants via reduced support and development costs, lower costs of implementation, reduced barrier to entry and faster development times.

CIECA members, friends and interested parties are encouraged to attend the following meetings (all times listed in CST):

  • Parts & Material Procurement and Recycled Parts & Inventory - 10 a.m. 

  • Scan - 10:30 a.m. 

  • Repair Order & Repair Status - 11:00 a.m. 

  • Rental - 11:30 a.m. 

  • Vehicle Damage & Imaging - 12:30 p.m. 

  • Salvage & Title - 1:00 p.m.

  • First Notice of Loss (FNOL) & Glass - 1:30 p.m.

  • Scheduling / Appointment - 2:00 p.m.

  • Customer Service Index - 2:30 p.m.

  • Subrogation - 3:00 p.m.
