Management Success! to Offer Free Webinars

Dec. 3, 2013

Dec. 3, 2013—Auto industry consulting firm Management Success! announced on Tuesday an upcoming series of webinars it will host starting on Dec. 18.

Robert Spitz, senior vice president of business development at Management Success!, will host the webinars. Spitz will present with two guest shop owners—one from collision repair and one from general repair—during each seminar, focusing on what made both successful financially.

One major topic that will be covered is how to manage key production indicators (KPIs), otherwise known as shop statistics.

“You must have an accurate system of tracking and monitoring certain numbers across your business relating to marketing, sales, production, quality control, and profits,” said Spitz. “Understanding how these numbers work gives you a gauge of your business. Once you know your starting point, you can learn how to make adjustments to tremendously expand the success and profitability of your shop.”

Each webinar starts at 4 p.m. PST and takes place on the second to last Wednesday of every month. To register for the free webinars visit the Management Success! website
