Aug. 19, 2013—CSi Complete and TenPoint Insurance Solutions have merged under a single name, TenPoint Complete.
The name change is part of a re-branding initiative to better align the company’s name with its future strategy and near-term product roadmap.
The merger took place under parent company Douglas Webb & Associates Inc.
“Our new name reflects our firm commitment to offering innovative and complete solutions to repairers and insurers. We continue to invest heavily in the future of our company, and in the success of our clients,” said Michael Sturgis, partner at DW&A and sales and marketing manager for TenPoint Complete. “Our clients have been extremely helpful in directing the development of our products and services.”
“We will be releasing multiple new technologies and BPO services in the second half of 2013,” said Sturgis.
