Saint-Gobain Abrasives and manufacturer 3M have settled a long-standing patent dispute related to paint-spraying technology.

Aug. 1, 2019—Saint-Gobain Abrasives and manufacturer 3M have settled a long-standing patent dispute related to paint-spraying technology, according to a report by the Worcester Business Journal.

The settlement includes the resolution of all disputes and a release of Saint-Gobain’s products within its Norton Paint Systems brands under 3M’s paint spray technology patents. 

3M announced the settlement on Monday.
