June 24, 2019—John Shoemaker, business development manager for BASF Automotive Refinish Coatings-North America, will speak at CONNEX 2019.
Shoemaker will speak about damage assessment documentation.
Sharing OEM position papers/repair procedures, recognized SOPs from 3M, information from DEG inquiries, missed operations identified in the SCRS Guide to Complete Repair Planning and other resources, he will show attendees how to use estimate lines, line notes and photos in an ideal fashion.
CIECA Connex will be held Sept. 16-18 at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel in Charlottesville, Va.
