June 13, 2019—VeriFacts Automotive LLC recently recognized Fix Auto USA for having 31 VeriFacts VQ Medallion shops throughout the Fix Auto USA network. This is the highest percentage of VQ Medallion shops of any national collision repair organization in the United States and Canada.
The VeriFacts Verified Quality (VQ) program is a monthly quality assessment program in which a VeriFacts coach will use VeriFacts’ Quality Measurement Process Criteria (QMPC) system to objectively measure and score the output of a shop’s training and expertise. This is done through onsite, in-process vehicle inspections, and technician skill assessments.
The QMPC scores are analyzed to determine the effectiveness of technicians and vehicle damage assessors at applying their knowledge and skills in following vehicle manufacturer repair methodologies to repair vehicles to manufacturers’ standards.
VeriFacts recognized Fix Auto for the aforementioned honor at the recent 2019 Fix Auto USA National Conference, in San Diego.
