The auto body repair company plans to open its third metro area location in downtown Augusta, Ga., next fall.

May 13, 2019—A Columbia, S.C.-based auto body repair company plans to open its third metro area location in downtown Augusta, Ga., next fall. John Harris Body Shop is building a 14,000-square-foot collision center, reported The Augusta Chronicle.

The company built its first Augusta-area collision center several years ago. Company co-owner Campbell Harris said the repair business decided to build what will be its 12th collision center in downtown Augusta because of increased demand in the urban core.

The company's net promoter score is 95, according to the report, meaning 95 percent of its customers would recommend the business to a friend of loved one. The center, which will employ between 15 to 20 people, is scheduled to open in late fall.
