FenderBender Interview: Tiffany Menefee

April 17, 2019

Tiffany Menefee, the owner of Pronto Body Shop in El Paso, Texas, is a former insurance adjuster. She recently spoke with FenderBender about her shop's unique approach and where the relationship often breaks down between body shops and insurers.

Tiffany Menefee is the owner of Pronto Body Shop in El Paso, Texas, but before she became a shop owner in 2015, she spent six years as a licensed insurance adjuster and 15 years as a licensed insurance agent.

That gives her a unique perspective, and one that she has leveraged since moving to this segment of the industry. Menefee has maintained great relationships with her insurance partners and even sent some of her estimators to training to obtain their state's license for adjusters. But despite this background, Menefee has maintained the decision to remain DRP-free. She explains her shop's unique approach and where the relationship breakdown occurs between body shops and insurers.
