Ford is updating its three-year-old F Series Super Duty with active safety technology.

Feb. 5, 2019—Ford is updating it's three-year-old F Series Super Duty with active safety technology, reported CNET.

The Super Duty has been upgraded with electrohydraulic power steering in order to update its Pro Trailer Backup Assist from the F-150. The electrohydraulic power steering improved the truck's steering by giving it lighter effort at lower speeds, according to the report.

Other driver aids include precollision braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring with trailer coverage, lane-keep alert and automatic high beams.
