Boyd Group’s acquisition transaction for the True2Form centers closes

August 5, 2010—The acquisition of True2Form Collision Repair Centers Inc. by Boyd Group was officially completed.

The acquisition gave Boyd Group 37 additional facilities, in four states and a total of 130 centers in the U.S. and Canada. The purchase price was approximately $18 million.
