Mitchell Diagnostics System Passes Scanning Milestone

Mitchell International Inc. has announced that its Mitchell Diagnostics system has completed 300,000 scans.

Nov. 1, 2018—Mitchell International Inc. has announced that its Mitchell Diagnostics system has completed 300,000 scans.

Mitchell also announced significant enhancements to its Freedom Platform, which was designed in an effort to facilitate the proper and safe repair of vehicles.

The Mitchell Diagnostics system was launched in July 2017. The system was created with the idea of being a comprehensive collision repair diagnostics solution, operating on numerous vehicle makes and providing both scanning and diagnostic repair capabilities without per-vehicle transaction fees.

For repairers, the Mitchell Diagnostics system may be utilized to perform diagnostic repairs in-house, including recalibrations, system resets an module reprogramming. The recently announced MCS-415 target recalibration system was created to allow repairers to complete target-based recalibrations on many major OEMs.
