October 4, 2018—An exchange of gunfire at an Ala. body shop left two men injured on Wednesday, reported Alabama.com.

Gunfire erupted about 1 p.m. inside R.C.'s Collision Paint and Body on the 5800 block of First Avenue North. East Precinct Sgt. James Cliett said two men suffered gunshot wounds but they did not initially appear to be life-threatening, according to the report.

Police said the two men got into a dispute inside the body shop. Both pulled out guns and fired at each other. One of the victims was found in a vehicle in the parking lot of a nearby business. The second was found on a sidewalk near the Motel Americana.

According to Alabama.com, the dispute reportedly happened between a customer and employee but police have not confirmed that information.
