American Family Insurance Provides $20,000 in Tools for Madison Technical College

Jan. 9, 2014

Jan. 9, 2014—Last month, American Family Insurance sponsored $20,000 worth of new tools through the Collision Repair Education Foundation for Madison Area Technical College (MATC) collision students for use in the school’s auto collision repair program.

The school is located in Madison, Wis.

“American Family Insurance is proud to partner with MATC in their goal of providing an outstanding technical education, including the auto collision repair and refinish program,” said American Family Insurance auto policies and procedures administrator Dan Endres. “We hope our donation will ensure those students who wish to continue in this program can pursue their dreams, and not be deterred by a lack of resources.”

The tool grant will assist in the school’s ability to provide a current technical education to the collision students, and prepare them for entry-level work within the collision industry upon graduation.
