In the 2018 FenderBender Industry Survey, shops claim to utilize varying electronic systems in their shops. Here’s how each of those softwares affected profitability.

As part of the August issues examination of technology and tool trends in the collision repair industry, the FenderBender Industry Survey broke down not only what tools in which shops are investing, but also what tools are driving profitability. That ranged to everything from heavily utilized equipment, like electronic management systems, to less popular tools customer relationship management software. Here’s a breakdown of, on average, how profitable a shop became after investing in one of the following four pieces of equipment.
