May 31, 2018—H&V Collision Center concludes its distracted driving campaign.

This year, H&V teamed up with the National Auto Body Council (NABC) to use virtual reality as a tool to physically show students how distracting texting behind the wheel can be.

The shop was present at four local high schools throughout the month handing out informational material, stickers, bracelets that say, “don’t drink and drive” and speaking with students about the dangers of distracted driving.

Alongside harnessing new age technology, H&V teamed up with GEICO to place a totaled car outside of the three local high schools.

H&V, an industry leader for more than 40 years in upstate New York, currently has seven locations throughout and outside of the capital district.
