Oct. 24, 2013—The SEMA Show announced Wednesday that it is on track to exceed 2,500 exhibitors during the show’s four-day run at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Nov. 5–8.
“We expect to fill every nook and cranny of the [1 million square-foot] Las Vegas Convention Center this year,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA VP of events and communications. “We’ve even contracted for exhibitor space at the [Las Vegas Hotel] next door.”
The SEMA New Product Showcase features nearly 2,000 never-before-seen products. The show hosts special appearances by master builders Troy Trepanier and Chip Foose, West Coast Custom’s Ryan Friedlinghaus, NASCAR drivers Jeff Gordon and Danica Patrick, as well as Vin Diesel’s 1969 Dodge Challenger from film “The Fast and the Furious,” and the 24 Hours of Le Mans-winning Audi R18 LMP1.
Special events, like the SEMA Industry Awards Banquet and Cars and Coffee, as well as education sessions where industry professionals share their knowledge in pay-to-attend courses.
